How to Watch Live Boxing on Online TV

The 3rd of December 2011 is the day in which Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto will meet for the Boxing Super Welterweight WBA World Championship at New York’s Madison Square Garden.  If you are unable to obtain tickets or travel to New York, you may be looking at alternative ways to watch the match.

Of course, you could go to a sports bar or watch it on your own big screen telly, particularly if you are a HBO customer.  However, in some countries HBO is not available so this would not be an option.  Luckily, you are able to watch online TV and connect your notebook or laptop to your television screen to watch it that way.  There are plenty of websites you can go to where you can watch the match live, so all you need to do is have the right connection leads to hook up your computer to your television.

One thing you do need to keep in mind if you are opting to watch online TV is that you will be using the internet to do so.  This means you have to have a very good internet connection, so don’t rely on dial-up for example.  Make sure that your line is clear and not being used by a bunch of other people.  Also check whether there are any download limits on your internet connection, as you will need quite a lot of data transfer to watch a full match, particularly since you don’t necessarily know how long it is going to last.  The last thing you want is to be cut off mid match because you have reached your bandwidth limit, or find yourself with a hefty bill at the end of the month of course.

Live boxing streams will surly be available tomorrow!
